We are looking for additional members to join our growing field services team to conduct both walk-through audits & desk-based energy audits to help our customers reduce Carbon Emissions and implement Intelligent Building Solutions. Our customers include Schools, Hotels, Offices & Government buildings all across Ireland & UK.
We are a new and fast growing IOT company, offering SAAS based services in Autonomous HVAC, wireless networking, IoT metering, environmental monitoring & sustainability solutions to make our customers buildings smarter & improve user experience.

The role of Building Performance Manager / Energy Manager / Building Sustainability Manager

Qualify: working closely with our sales functions to help qualify the client’s needs by analysing utility bills and completing HVAC and metering surveys. This is often delivered by video calls with stakeholders, so you will need be a clear and confident communicator who can build confidence with our new clients in the early stages of the relationship.

Audit: our clients want us to visit their building and to identify & unlock potential energy savings and calculate the resulting carbon reduction. Using our audit process, you must have good attention to detail and be able to build the client’s confidence as they start their carbon reduction journey with us. We also need to assess a buildings suitability for our autonomous HVAC solution.

​Specification: working directly with our internal team and external partners you will help specify the best products and solutions to maximise the energy savings and carbon reductions.

Audit Report: using our reporting tool, you will help create the client report that clearly shows what they can do, the investment costs, paybacks and carbon reduction. This provides our clients with a unique road map for their carbon reduction journey.

Supporting our 24/7 Monitoring Team: offering Level 2 Support and insights into building performance issues as required.
Technical characteristics & experience
-
Energy auditing background or associated technical skills.
-
Energy consultancy background.
-
Experience using online cloud-based reporting tools.
-
Metering and monitoring and energy management.
-
Likely to be a qualified electrician with experience of installation and surveying work, now wanting to progress in their career

Ability to manage 3rd party contractors on site to detailed project plan.

Have excellent attention to detail.

Confident with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

Familiarity with HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, Boilers, Chillers and BMS Control Systems.

Experience of project management on metering installation projects.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

Be able to stay away and travel (Monday-Friday) 40% of the working week.

Have a full IRL or UK driving license.

Safe Pass Certification.
